What do you think about including the category "any%"?

I hope you like the idea.

I started:

Hey, I'm thinking about doing a different run of this game, it would be Mastered%, which would be to do all the RA achievements (56) quickly as possible, what do you think?

I intend to run Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo or X any% for Playstation this month, if you can make this category available, please establish which emulator to use, if it is necessary to show the emulator window in the capture, I think that's all, soon I will be sending some submissions, thank you!
