Im not a mod, but if you intend to run an emulator, why not run the actual arcade version on wolfmame as detailed in the category rules?... Also the Street Fighter collection port of SSFIIT has load screens, not exactly the best version to run for speedruns and raises the question of needing separate emulator and original hardware categories to negate advantages gained on emulation load times, so another reason just to play the arcade version.

Ditto what Adam said. The Playstation version is just the arcade ROM dumped on a disc, so anyone wanting to run the game should just play the arcade version.
