Well, gonna just blurt it out. Never been a fan of the 99% No Tokidex title. Tokidex is a side quest / Achievement. The goal is to complete the game. Tokens is the #1 collectable in the game so makes since that is in the category. But if we add "No Tokidex" it doesnt make sense. You might as well add , "no wings" because lets face it, Wings is an actual collectable (moreso than the Tokidex; but its mostly for After the End Game collectibles and achievements. Which is why i had a separate Achievements Board with different Achievement Categories. But i have NO CLUE how to organize it like other SR games do theirs.

Anyway, long story short, if others agree, lets just make "99%- No Tokidex" the official 100% category.

"All wings" would also be clear and it doesn't confuse anyone about tokidex. But sure, many games have "100%" that doesn't include literally everything, so it's fine as a name.
