System: PC (Steam) Controller: Sony DualShock4

(NOTE: 0:44:42 - 0:45:10 There is a moment where my DualShock4 controller gets disconnected, which forces the game to pause on me as the race starts on the Pumpkin Cup Final Round. My controller input graphic in the bottom right of the screen does momentarily disconnect for a split second too, but I did not at any point press the Start button to deliberately pause during this short period of time - the pause is as a result of this disconnection and the game needing to recognise an input when the race begins. Hopefully this is enough to be mitigating circumstances to the 'deliberate pausing' rule.)
