There's no way of checking what type of disc you use and if there's a difference in loads it tends to be that burned discs load slower if anything, so I wouldn't worry about it (though wait for confirmation from mods to be sure)

Copy what Cyd said. With burned discs you´re basically still playing the same game and you shouldn´t have any unusual adventages.
