"Lag Switch" is no longer an official subcategory as there was zero activity for a few years. Also there's now basically no reason to have the lag category as all the newest skips/tricks in are possible in Lagless without capping your framerate to 3 or 5. Also would like to introduce the new auto-splitter for Spider-Man 2 (PC)! Thanks to Yuki.kaco, it not only splits automatically, but also removes loads. It also pauses when we exit to main menu to load back into a level. It's integrated into livesplit so feel free to use it, also make sure you have exactly 20 splits (can be found in Resources).
"Lag Switch" is now a subcategory. "Lagless" will be the main (default) subcategory for all categories. Also worth to mention that a rule adjustment has been made:
- Lagless: capping the game's framerate to any value below 60 is not allowed
- Lag Switch: capping the game's framerate to any value below 60 is allowed, using RivaTuner and Bandicam in order to cap your game is allowed as well
