This run is far from perfected, but with some good RNG and a lot of practice I was able to get the record down quiet a lot. I think the run can still get shorter, but it is so heavily dependent on RNG that I really want to try to find some valid strats to reduce the time without relying on good side quests or good timing on procedural crimes.
