Still not a perfect run.

Sorry to the moderator, quackexclamationmark, to have to watch this to verify it.

I still have a bunch of ideas that I think might pay off. For example, when side quests give 250 sc but procedural crimes give 500 sc, is there a way to game waiting until each procedural crime? Maybe not, but there is probably a good balance, like after a certain time of day it works to just wait until the next day. I am also still not sure if the stairs are faster than the elevator.

When I am able to shave off over 30 minutes with some good rng and a lot of focus, I think that there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Previous record was done on a small map and this was medium, maybe a large or very large would be even better.
