Due to individual levels for No Skips not having a set ending time of when the timer should be stopped, we would like to put it to a community vote as to when this should take place within a run via a poll.

Also to make sure this is clear, rules for main game runs will remain unchanged, as those are explicitly defined and consistent already. This vote is exclusively for IL runs.

Today we are adding our new main game category: No Wrong Warp! This category aims to bridge No Skips with Any%/Inbounds in a way that highlights unique tricks in various levels, while also creating a run that is both visually entertaining and distinct/fun to play.
