Hello!

I was watching Mattmatt and ToxicTT runs, analizing and trying to learn where to go, lines, etc.. and came with some questions about speedrunning this game in Emulator (Duckstation in my case):

Is the autosplitter good to use or I need to use LiveSplit manually? I understand that the game is not the best for aiming (correct me if I'm wrong) but It is possibly that the Tyrant Boss is a little random? Cause sometimes I shoot and instantly kneel him to the ground but sometimes doesn't give a sh*t.

And last question if I may: There is an explanation about why the GunCom Emulation is not allowed? Just to know, that's all.

Tyrant is random and a complete asshole, you just have to deal with his bullshit. As for the autosplitter, it should work no matter what emulator you're using as long as you're playing the Japanese version. The guncom was not allowed because back on the old versions of PCSX2 you needed to use a plugin to allow it to work, now on the newer versions it's natively supported. I'm planning to make a video at some point on how to set it up but the guncom emulation with the mouse will be allowed for emulator runs sometime in the near future.
