Hi, everyone. I started learning Claire A today, and I encountered a bug with the item pouch after the first boss. It only spawned after I had opened the locker, and there was no prompt to pick it up. This happend on PS4 for me. Has anyone encountered this issue as well? I'm too scared to run to this locker too quickly now, lol. I haven't been able to replicate the issue yet. Maybe I should have tried climbing up the ladder to the garage and coming back down. Either way it's a time and/or space loss.

Never happened to me. Maybe because of a delayed loading time(?) I got a micro loading screen before the helicopter crashes, maybe this is the same case.

if it becomes commonplace, you could try pausing for a few seconds to stop the IGT and hopefully allow it to load

it happend to me once when i tried to pick up pistol ammo. i saw it but i was not able to pick it up like you did.

Hm, I guess it can happen with any item then. That's a bit concerning. The same thing happened to me again in the same spot earlier. I saw the pouch spawning after opening the locker, but this time it was a bit quicker, and I was still able to pick it up.

Maybe Claire in caution runs too fast the game wasn't expecting that.

I’m so glad someone else has had this issue. I thought I was crazy. Same item for me as well, hip pouch after the first Berkin fight.

Actually yeah, maybe the runspeed in caution has something to do with that. My guess is the game loads in items if you're in proximity, but for some reason the spawn triggers aren't perfectly set for all of the items, particularly not for that one pouch. I now always stand in front of the locker for a second before opening it, lol.
