So I'm fairly sure that my game is crashing now due to nividia updating drivers. The only thing is I don't know how to fix it. I've turned stuff down, it crashes, I restore it to default, it crashes. Reinstalled game and it crashes.

I have not changed anything on my computer except update the driver. If there a way to go back?

its new updates problem. go to nvidia site and return the previus version. i have the same issue

Do you have a 3000 series? i have a 3060ti and it also crashes when vram goes above 6gb it, game starts suttering and if it stays above 7.5gb usage it eventually crashes. The game shouldnt be going that high in vram usage with low settings, so that unusual. I have to lower resolution after the parking garage exit and vram usage goes velow 4gb usually after getting in the sewers(as if it resets the vram usage) i have low settings to keep vram low from the start by what I stated before ends up happening every time i start the game. this has also happened with a 3070 as well, and only happens in this game so far.

Still havent tried to rollback to a previous driver, that might work.

The same thing happened to me last week. Roll back your driver. Should solve the issue!

I guess I should roll back and restart computer then as it didn't work. I shall try the roll back again.

I just re-installed windows to try to fix this 😢New drivers seemed to work fine though, on 2060
