Watcher Updates

With the Watcher coming out in just a few days, I wanted to give everyone a heads-up on what to expect for the new categories

We will be opening categories specific to Watcher only and will not allow submissions to these main story categories until two weeks (till April 11th) after the release of the DLC to give people a chance to play it on their own time and not feel like they need to super rush through it

Any potential additional categories beyond the story categories will be added as they become relevant later

This also gives everyone some time to determine what we may want for the main categories for the Watcher

Rivulet Story Changes

Outside of Watcher updates we want to let everyone know that we intend to change the IGT timing for Rivulet Story

Currently, the Rivulet Story speedrun has a bug where the timer pauses when SL_AI loads in and not when you enter SL_AI as intended, future timing will have the IGT time all the way up to entering SL_AI as originally intended

For previous times, we will be retiming all runs to when the player enters SL_MOONTOP (the room before SL_AI) and then adding a flat 5.5 seconds (a common time to go through the entirety of SL_MOONTOP) to compensate for previous runs
