There's a script/mod I have seen some runners use. When you fire a grenade, it summons a slider that's a timer. For the life of me I can't find it, I think it's a script If someone can help me find it, it would be very nice.

Examples: At 2:19 and at 4:09 It's probably used some other places too. I really struggle with the grenade jumps so it would be amazing to use.

Solved. Apparently, I just needed to input impulse 210 in the console.
