- To aid in determining usage of trainers in verification, future runs of categories that start from fresh files (mainly Any% and 100%) must show file creation with the name being inputted to be considered valid.
- Intro skip (briefly entering the Zen Garden or another level on a pre-existing file to skip the intro cutscene before timing starts, saving time between attempts) is allowed as long as setup is shown for it.
- Restarting 1-1 to reset a run is still allowed, but uncut video between file creation and the successful run must be shown.
- Current runs on the leaderboard and in the queue won't be affected.
