• To aid in determining usage of trainers in verification, future runs of categories that start from fresh files (mainly Any% and 100%) must show file creation with the name being inputted to be considered valid.
• Intro skip (briefly entering the Zen Garden or another level on a pre-existing file to skip the intro cutscene before timing starts, saving time between attempts) is allowed as long as setup is shown for it.
• Restarting 1-1 to reset a run is still allowed, but uncut video between file creation and the successful run must be shown.
• Current runs on the leaderboard and in the queue won't be affected.

Some leaderboard changes are being made:

• A new subcategory for 100% on PC titled Zen Manip has been added due to the recent discovery of memory manipulation in the Zen Garden that allows for many post-game levels to be skipped entirely, cutting off a huge portion of the run. • Older PC 100% runs have been moved to No Major Glitches, submissions are still welcome.
• Any%'s video threshold has been lowered from 4h30m to 4h due to the increase in submissions as of recent years.

The combined best Any% individual level times achieved by anyone are now at 2:54:55, thanks to everyone that’s helped push the category this far
