Found out its possible to teleport your character and a guard you are choking if you choke them out while walking backwards into a curb, anyone know if this is widely known?

the only thing I am personally aware of is when you choke out sokolov and as you're in the animation of picking him up straight after, you climb over the table and you get a walking speed boost for a short duration so you waste less time walking and not wasting any mana/recharging wasted mana. other than that I'm not sure if this would be useful in a speedrun rather a regular playthrough for stealth. it does sound cool though, never seen or heard of it myself
