Posting this here so others can find the exact info. Eating times for 1.4.1 have changed for the following:
- Dumplings, Spiny -- eating times double
- Fillet, Bone-in Steaks, Thick Cuts, Turkey -- eating times 1.5x

- Dumplings (3s) >> 6s
- Spiny fish (3s) >> 6s
- Fillet (3s) >> 4.5s
- Bone-in Steaks (3s) >> 4.5s
- Thick Cuts (3s) >> 4.5s
- Turkey (3s) >> 4.5s
Shorter:
- Burger (3s) >> 2.25s
- Thin Steak (3s) >> 2.25s
- Hotdog (3s) >> 2.25s
- Taco (3s) >> 2.25s
- Oyster (3s) >> 1.5s

Buffs: Burger - Plated: 3.0 ==> 2.25 Thin Steak - Plated: 3.0 ==> 2.25 Hotdog - Plated: 3.0 ==> 2.25 Taco - Individual: 3.0 ==> 2.25 Fish - Oyster Plated: 3.0 ==> 1.5
Due to a quirk in how the game calculates the actual eating time from the menu item data, the foods that look like they have reduced eating time when inspecting the game data directly do not actually have reduced eating time when you time it in-game. (They remain unchanged at the base 3-second eating time despite their internal representation changing.)
