i know gpgb uses pc but since i don't want to use my phone i would rather use my pc and it's not any different from the mobile version if i use the gpgb version so i was going to ask if it's fine to use it

If you can use three times speed, then it is definitely not allowed and should be submitted to the Plague Inc Evolved leaderboards.
