How to time out loads for DLC categories

The loadless timer does not work on the 1.2 version of the game which is the version needed to run Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. This workaround should fix this issue.

1) In Livesplit, go to edit splits and deactivate the the loadless timer.
2) Go to edit layout and add a section for "scriptable auto splitter."
3) Add this file ( https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/84077582114361344/401138450180603915/Oblivion1.2.asl ) to the destination of the "scriptable auto splitter" section.

THE PROBLEM WITH THE ENEMY AGRO CAN BE FIXED BY RUNNING TO THE LEFT AFTER LEAVING THE GROTTO, THUS WARPING YOU BACK BY THE DOOR. ORTHE OR THE OTHER TWO ENEMIES BY HIS SIDE CAN HAVE PERMANENT AGRO UNTIL YOU TELEPORT THE CHARACTER WITHOUT USING A GLITCH, AND THIS WORKS.

Oblivion Speedrunning Timeline

2006- Prior to Oblivion’s release members of the Bethesda team have a speedrun competition. The winning time was around 1:15:00. 

3/28/2007-Xevro sets the any% record with a time of 9:05. This record would stand until 2014.

4/8/2011- The Voiid sets the record for No Major Skips with a time of 1:02:10. This category would later be renamed to No OoB.

2013- QS clipping is discovered.

Early 2014- Ansem breaks the Any% record with a time of 8:27.

3/30/14- Izak609 runs 9:44 for any% on the Xbox 360.

June 2014- Skooma duplication is implemented in No OoB for the first time. 

6/25/14- Matumbro breaks the No OoB record with a time of 59:07.

7/3/14- Matumbro breaks the No OoB record with a time of 56:22.

July/August 2014- With the help of the community, the Any% route goes through numerous changes and tweaks regarding optimal clipping sections and movement. 

7/7/2014- Matumbro breaks the Any% record with a time of 7:25. Matumbro would lower this time a few hours later with a time of 7:00.

7/8/14- Matumbro breaks the Any% record with a time of 6:54.

7/9/14- Matumbro breaks the Any% record with a time of 5:54.

7/10/14- Matumbro breaks the Any% record with a time of 5:41

7/29/14- Matumbro breaks the Any% record with a time of 5:32.

8/9/14- Matumbro breaks the Any% record with a time of 5:22.

8/16/14- YimmerYams breaks the Any% record with a time of 4:58.

8/19/14- Matumbro breaks the No OoB record with a time of 53:42.

8/20/14- Matumbro breaks the Any% record with a time of 4:57.

8/29/14- YimmerYams breaks the No OoB record with a time of 53:28.

8/30/14- Filly_Vinyl breaks the No OoB record with a time of 53:27.

8/31/14- Filly_Vinyl breaks the No OoB record with a time of 52:00.

September 2014- QS/QL de-aggro is discovered for the No OoB route.

9/1/14- Filly_Vinyl breaks the Any% record with a time of 4:42.

9/?/14- Filly Vinyl breaks the Any% record with a time of 4:35.

9/4/14- YimmerYams breaks the No OoB record with a time of 49:07.

9/7/14- Filly Vinyl breaks the Any% record with a time of 4:22.

9/14/14 Filly Vinyl breaks the No OoB record with a time of 47:29.

9/21/14 Filly Vinyl breaks the Any% record with a time of 4:13. This time would stand until the leaderboard was wiped in January 2015.

10/18/14- Matumbro breaks the No OoB record with a time of 46:42

10/25/14-Matumbro breaks the No OoB record with a time of 46:25

10/27/14- Matumbro sets the record for Knights of the Nine with a time of 36:55.

11/2/14- Matumbro breaks the No OoB record with a time of 46:06

11/25/14- Matumbro breaks the No OoB record with a time of 45:57.

1/16/15- Matumbro breaks the No OoB record with a time of 45:09.

1/18/15- Fnzzy breaks the No OoB record with a time of 43:57. It was through this run that the community discovered that running the game on lower graphics settings would make the game run at an extremely high FPS which would make the game run faster than it normally should.This would also give runners a hardware advantage depending on PC specs. It was decided that the game would be run by using an FPS cap of 60. All times on the leaderboard were disqualified.
