Mario Kart World v1.4 added a feature that allows skipping tracks during a grand prix. With the current rules, players could cheat in the grand prix speedruns. Clarify in the game rules to not skip tracks.

It is not possible to skip tracks in Grand Prix mode. We also do not accept any runs where the player does not cross the finish line on the final lap of each track required for the category, including in All Grands Prix speedruns.
