Bizhawk 2.9.1 with an ASCII Sega Mega Stick controller which makes supers way more reliable. Since no knockback occurs on Cyclopsis 2 due to timeout I feel like 00 time is a sensible analogue for end-point. No later point of reference makes any sense. Bloody Cyclopsis cost me a near perfect run a few times!
