Hello, I'm new to this world of speedruns, i was trying to do a me2a any% run, and i was thinking, can i skip the scissors part (so without triggering the penguin operation mission) in the most recent version of the game?

There is just one PC version and you can do every skip you see in my run, so there is no older or newer version in which some skips don't work.

Same thing for console, except for PS2 and Wii which have some differences but that one skip specifically works everywhere.
