You can play and submit runs on the PSP (the console itself), but you cannot submit runs done on emulators.

U can use a PlayStation disc on a PSP, idk about emulators on PSP. I know for a fact that it is banned to use emulators on pc tho.

You can; you can’t use an emulator on the PSP, only the disc/cartridge that was sold in major retail for the PSP. normal PSP is accepted
