This is to my knowledge the first Switch run of GTA III: DE. I would like to submit it despite the unremarkable time, so the board can have representation of more than just PC and a few Xbox runs.
Rule Changes: IL Timing & Mobile Frame Limiter
There have been a couple of changes to the rules regarding the Definitive Edition and 10 Year Anniversary versions:
- Individual Levels (ILs) previously using IGT are now timed using RTA.
