Question about downgrading to 1.03
I want to speedrun gta 3 DE in version 1.03 but rockstar games launcher always tells me to update my game to the newest version and i tried everything but nothing helps If anyone can help me with this i will Appreciate it!
Rule Changes: IL Timing & Mobile Frame Limiter
There have been a couple of changes to the rules regarding the Definitive Edition and 10 Year Anniversary versions:
- Individual Levels (ILs) previously using IGT are now timed using RTA.
