If I speedrun GTA 3 on my phone but only with the Russian language, will the speedrun be saved?
depends on the version, but i don’t think the 10th Anniversary one had official russian support
Rule Changes: IL Timing & Mobile Frame Limiter
There have been a couple of changes to the rules regarding the Definitive Edition and 10 Year Anniversary versions:
- Individual Levels (ILs) previously using IGT are now timed using RTA.
