In some speedruns i have occured with the sliding doors closing and the enemy opening the sliding doors getting to his boxes before i could get there. i know this is not an issue with my speed because most of the time this doesnt happen. Is there any definite fix to this?

This to me sounds like you're getting the bad cutscene. If the first scene is of the big double gate and the guard walking through it, then that means it's a reset.
