I am going to be attempting to learn my first ever speedrun, and I decided I wanted to look into learning FF IX and specifically the Booster category, to make things a bit easier on me.

I was curious which boosters are allowed, exactly? All of them? Just the perm ones?

Also is there any guides out there for this run? Or do the general FFIX guides work?

all allowed, i have a partial guide out with movement but its pretty straightforward thru the run. I would recommend watching the current wr videos ;) and the few under for route learning and tricks.
