Drop this in your Fallout 4 directory and run it to launch the game on 3 logical CPU cores that are all on different physical cores (CPU3, CPU5, CPU7). I set these as the defaults so it works for anyone with at least 8 logical cores - A8 is hexadecimal, which in binary is 10101000, which specifies cores 3, 5, and 7 (the rightmost bit is core 0, and so on). You can change A8 to another hexadecimal string to specify a different set of cores.

If you installed the game through Steam, but for some reason don't have a text file titled "steam_appid" in the Fallout 4 directory, then starting Fallout4.exe will cause Steam to intervene and start the launcher instead, which will prevent the batch file from working. To fix this, write a new file in the Fallout 4 directory named steam_appid.txt with the text "377160".

This program will allow for the user to bind escape to any scroll wheel on any mouse. All the user has to do is hold down on the shift key to activate the bind. Shout out to SandyX for making this for me.

This is the full 1.1.30 game folder, including Creation Kit (.exe is in main folder). You need to have already installed Fallout 4 for Steam to recognize it, then just replace the entire game folder with this.

Guide: First rename your base fallout 4 to something other than fallout 4 in steamapps/common, or just delete that fallout 4 folder. Then the First file (The one title partial patch) just get extracted into steamapps/common and renamed to fallout 4. The second one gets put into the data folder of the first (it's just voices/textures/etc.)
