May I suggest that glitch runs that use high sensitivity to just fling to the top of a tower(e.g. ToAST glitch wr) get put in a separate category.
As a mainly glitch speed runner I feel like it would be much more fun for people to actually use a wide range of glitches actually in the tower and have the satisfaction of getting a world record instead of flying to the top.
this is surprisingly already being worked on! it is unknown when massive plans to finally add it but i know it is planned. sooner or later the runs will be moved to the category, yay!
Now that Roblox has added the option to change your FPS cap in the settings, speedrunning up to 240 FPS is now Allowed. Yippee !
To Be Clear: Memory writing below 60 FPS for things like lag clips is still not allowed cause that takes external software
