Hey i buy Contra Anniversary Collection and i must ask can i speedrun in this version and sumbit Nes emu? ?? (my eng is bad sorry )

Yeah I think that would be completely fine. It's just the original contra ported onto the collection, right? So basically an emulated version from what I can tell. It's possible it runs at a slightly different speed, but someone would need to check. I have no clue how to do something like that. Either way, I don't see problems with submitting runs from it.

From playing it on the switch it seems to function the same as far as doing things like ledge skips in waterfall and pausing to reset the global timer is concerned. Not sure about the frame rates though. From the research I've done online it's supposed to run at the original 59.94 fps.
