A vast amount of levels in Apeirophobia have been revamped, with the focus of the update is to improve the previously existing levels and to set the tone for the updates to come after. This comes with a lot of changes to the leaderboard.

Level changes:

• Level 2 (The Windows): Level was slightly reworked, being incrementally longer than the old version.
• Level 3 (Abandoned Office): The dog's AI was changed. He can now go inside of the keys area.
• Level 5 (Cave System): Renamed to Cave, and level was completely reworked.
• Level 6 (!!!!!!!!!!!): Renamed to Run, and level was completely reworked.
• Level 7 (The End?): Most of the level was completely reworked, with the 4-digit code section being removed.
• Level 8 (Lights Out): Removed & replaced with Septic, with the new level being much more complex.
• Level 9 (Sublimity): Removed & replaced with Boiling Point, with the new level being much more complex.
• Level 10 (The Abyss): Removed & replaced with Parking Garage, with the new level being extremely long.
• Level 11 (Warehouse): Level was completely reworked, with a complex mini-game at the end.

Leaderboard changes:

• Stormzz and Cosmik7 have been promoted to Super Moderator.
• A new variable has been added, Overhaul Update, to accomodate the new levels & core gameplay.
• An old category, Reality%, has been added back. This category requires you to collect all Reality cores.
• A new category, Overhaul (5-11), has been added. This allows you to run all the majorly reworked levels.
• Any% has been moved out of Misc.

As everyone might already know, after a long time, Escape From Reality update was released on the 22nd of September!

With it, major changes are coming to leaderboards:

8 new levels:

• Level 17 - Left Scarred
• Level 18 - Mall
• Level 19 - Store
• Level 20 - Neighborhood
• Level 21 - Graveyard
• Level 22 - Party Mall
• Level 23 - Hospital
• Level 24 - Train Station

Category Changes:

• As of the current game's division by chapters, Any% and Any% Nightmare were removed and replaced with Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 categories.
• Infinity Level% and Infinity Score% were moved to misc.

Variable Changes:

• New variable: Unrestricted. Check rules for more info.
• Glitchless/Glitched was removed and replaced with Unrestricted.
• Xbox variable was removed.

Rule Changes:

• FPS rule was removed.

Misc. Changes:

• Theme of the game was updated.
• Reworked the WR Title requirements. More info about it in the Polaroid Studios discord server.
• Reworked the sr.c Moderation team.

As everyone knows, The game has finally been updated after a long 3 months, And with this obviously comes new site changes:

• 4 New Levels Added to IL Level 13 - The Funrooms Level 14 - Electrical Station Level 15 - The Ocean of the Final Frontier Level 16 - Crumbling Memory

• Any% now 0-16

• Old Categories are now archived in Misc

• Added Pre-Classic (old classic 0-5)

• Changed Classic to 0-10 and brought back old level 10 rule

• Changed Modern to 11-16

• Level 1 IL archived (level rework)

A new game update has come out and with this update comes 2 new levels! Level 11 - The Warehouse Level 12 - Creative Minds due to this change, Any%, Any% nightmare, and 100% have all been wiped.

Level 10 rule removed due to new update (sorry) Modern category levels have now changed from 6-10 to 6-12 (wiped)

Reverted old rule: You now must show fps by pressing SHIFT + F5 and leaving it on for the entire run (or any program that displays fps) More info in the main rules.

After some discussions with the staff and the community, We have decided to change any% and any% nightmare end timing to the first door you unlock on level 10 (doesn't matter if it's not the correct door), minimizing the rng on the final level, This change was up in the air for a long time and we have finally come to a conclusion, And we hope you agree with this decision.

JokerFactor and I worked tirelessly to fix up the Individual Levels section for Apeirophobia. As such, we've now introduced new categories as well! 100%, Death, and Any% CO-OP! We had been planning this for a while and only today were we able to actually put our plan into action, we hope it looks as good as you hoped it would!

Yes! Finally an update has dropped! Releasing 5 new levels, reworks on the classic ones and more! This means new categories will be created. However, this also means that all the old runs will be archived. Unfortunate, I know. However this also means you can be the first to get World records.
