This glitch is very hard to understand, everyone is doing it a different way, pressing different buttons etc. Can someone give a good explenation what to do to get through a door or a wall. I keep going through the ceiling. Or getting launched against the wall, which causes ragdoll. I hope someone can help me. Thank you!

pull camera out go up to a wall make sure ur aligned with the wall and not moving crouch then whitebar immediately after depending on the thickness of the wall u may have to whitebar for a bit longer/a bit less but the suggested time to hold the whitebar is for 4 seconds and 3 seconds after u hold it for 4 seconds u let go for like 0.1 sec and whitebar again for 3 seconds btw u should hold crouch and w while you are doing the whitebar and if u do it right after the whitebar youd just hold crouch and w and youll clip thru
