This was a bittersweet PB! I did achieve my soft goal, but I really wanted to get a 6:4X time before I put this to bed. We basically achieved it here (even with a few hiccups), but we encountered more aliens than normal in the final hallway, which cost us a few seconds, and then the Alien Queen didn't play too nicely with us, which delayed us even further. This is a strong contender for a game that I may come back to at some point.

This run was completed in April 2026 for AMIGApril. Shoutout to Tedzogh, LintfordPickle, coreclassman, and retroDemiurgi for also participating in the speedrun shenanigans. Special shoutout to retroDemiurgi for roping me in and sharing his strats and insights on the speedrun. You made it easy to pop in and get this done in a fairly short time!

To the mod that reviews/approves this, I do want to mention that I show off the opening of the game and the unchecking of all the necessary boxes at the start of the VOD, and then I make a save state to play with from that point on. This highlight occurred several hours later, so it is not visible here. Also, because of Twitch’s VOD settings, the recording is only available temporarily. Please keep that in mind if needed.
