The Unrestricted + External Settings subcategory has been merged with Unrestricted.

A new External Settings? annotation has been added to keep the filter but merge leaderboards.

This also means external settings can now be used in Glitchless runs.

If I missed any runs with External Settings while moving existing runs, please resubmit with correct subcategory and External Settings annotation set to Yes.

This applies to DLCs and Category Extensions as well.

A new subcategory was added for runs that use hardware that sends input rapidly (scrollwheels, touchpads, etc.).

These provide glitches like Chaos Control and Double-Bind Speed Glitch (both invented by @xBLudIXx) and provide an unfair advantage to those who don't have such hardware or don't want to rebind their scrollwheel.
