The following stages can have their barriers skipped using this:

• Green Hill Run 3
• Silent Forest Run 1
• Sky Sanctuary Run 2 (recommended as a backup since the normal skip is faster)

You can't do this on despite having setups:

• Sky Sanctuary Team due to the lack of Air Dash and the barrier being too high
• City Escape Run 1 since the barrier behind the Crawl is barely out of reach (though I'd love to be disproven)
• Sweet Mountain Run 3 because there's an invisible barrier beyond the barrier
