New Rule for Level runs Added - No carryover fuel tokens from other levels allowed on one level runs.
Adding a new rule for Level runs. A player has to start "one level run" with 0 fuel tokens. It's to prevent using unfair amount of carryover fuel tokens from the other levels to call vehicles to field service vehicles, to road contracts etc.
This rule IS NOT in effect in Full Game runs, naturally.
