For duo/trio/quad endless run, ALL players must be alive when the wave transitions, not respawned. The game only counts how many players were alive in wave 49/99/149/199 to determines the spawn for the next wave
Please show us the player leaderboard when the wave changes to show proof that all other players were alive

Jumping on the ledge at the boat finale during a run will cause zombies to get stuck and make zombie spawns cease to exist at the cannon part, so it's banned atleast for duos, trios and quads.
