i was gonna do another run of Hurcule Novice% to celebrate a year in speedrunning and i check the rules and Emus are banned, but theres an emu run on the boards? just checking in. (if they aren't banned that's what i'd do my run on)

From what I have been told, Emulator is accepted, however in most cases it is preferable to not use them as there are more issues such as crashing with emulators.

I will try to clarify this all tomorrow if I remember something is definitely not getting mentioned correctly here
