Xbox won't allow me to record the entire run and streaming pauses from all fights after Kid Buu.

If someone has an issue with this it can be removed, if your on an Xbox series its worth looking into a capture device. Or really focusing on where your camera placement is and not obscuring any of the screen. Congrats on your Record. I had 1:53:26 as the final time but imagine the slight pause makes the 1:53:30 the correct time.
