I wanna speedrun this game. The version in the corner says DF: Version 0.0.6 Is that the right version?

I have made 2 discoveries:

1. There is a consistent way of skipping the Lights-Out sequence on the 3rd Floor: Save the game when the sequence starts, and load it immediately. (Assuming loading a game saved during the run is valid, it's not prohibited by the rules)

2. There is a way to skip the final puzzle. I do not know how to trigger or reproduce it, it might be a NG+ State. See for example here at 1:58:00

If both of these are acceptible, then I'll submit that run as a 4:07. Otherwise I'm happy to discuss things

@Bigmanjapan This game made it into UKSG Red 2026, so this would be good to figure out before that.

Found a consistent setup:

Step 1: Create an invalid savegame fie, for example an empty file

Step 2: Beat the game (you can load from a save near the end

Step 3: during the ending cutscene, load the invalid game file to go back to the main menu

Step 4: Play the game, the final entering of names will be skipped.
