Meme% is the joke category for each level. I believe there is also a full Meme% category that has you do the Meme% for each individual level in one continuous run.

Monkey Business (Bell%): Ring the bell 10 times as quickly as possible.

Elementary Evil (Slide%): Slide down the slide in the playground at the end of Zone 1 as quickly as possible.

Deadly Decadence (Comedian%): Trigger 10 laughs from the Watchers as quickly as possible.

Stranger Sewers (Door Stuck%): Get softlocked as quickly as possible.

Crazy Carnevils (Cotton Candy%): Eat the cotton candy in the starting area as quickly as possible.

Torment Therapy (Extrovert%): Interact with every intractable character (they will have the hand icon when you look at them) in the hospital lobby as quickly as possible, including the receptionist that triggers the first cutscene.

Mascot Mayhem (Wee Woo%): Trigger every security camera in Zone 1 as quickly as possible.

Bearly Buried (Monologue%): Sit through the entirety of Malak's monologue in the opening cutscene, and then exit to the main menu when he is done.
Does the Comedian% mean them just chuckling behind you or do you need the dying laughter? And its just a 'Do this then leave to the next one' kind of challenge or do I have to go through the whole levels?
When I did the run for Comedian%, I just counted every laugh, scripted or the laughs when they are behind you (if you watch my run I have a counter, though I did actually miss one). You don't have to complete the entire level - you can just do it and leave! Sorry for the late response.
