Any% Basic Walkthrough / Outline

This was a guide I typed up when I was figuring out the routing for the game. It gives a basic outline of everything you need to do to complete the game. I tweaked it a bit to make it a bit more understandable. Also there's no notes about the maze since it's just walking to the right tiles so it seemed pointless. All the steps that say optional are just steps to get rid of or stun enemies that hurt you during the run but technically none of them are required. With the current routing we skip 3 rooms from the game.

Controls: Arrow Keys or click screen to move, esc key to skip animated cut-scenes (unsure if you can skip dialogue in-game), mouse to pick up items. 

**Lawndale**

-Grab Door Closer
-Grab Wrench from Mailbox
-Use Wrench on Hydrant
-Grab Door Opener
-Use Door Opener and Closer on garage doors
-Ring Bell in Mr. D's class
-Get Pills from Mr. O'Neal
-Give Mr. D Pills
-Turn Off Steam
-Grab Hammer
-Break Glass
-Climb Tower

**Mall**

-Get pin from Doo Dads Shop (optional, stuns pedestrians on Dega Street)
-Enter and exit Doo Dads shop to be the 10,000th customer to get fan (optional, stuns women in Perfume shop)
-Get Magazine from Perfume Shop
-Use Magazine To get to Dressing Rooms
-Get Cowboy Hat in Dressing Rooms
-Go To Sandi's Dressing Room to get Movie Ticket
-Get gold 25 cent coin in the movie theater
-Get chocolate from machine outside shoe store
-Get colored stools and place them on pedestal (for the stool with the lady on it give her chocolate)
-Use Boots to ride coaster

**Dega Street**

-Click on red car
-Give hat to cowboy for club pass
-Use pass to get in club
-Get bone in bathroom (probably optional but recommended)
-Use bone in dumpster behind club (if you got the bone)
-Get hair spray
-Give hair spray to Brittany for Piercing Coupon
-Use Piercing Coupon on piercer for cowbell
-Give cowbell to Andrea

-Get yearbook on the fireplace in living room 
-Get TV remote from table
-Get clogs from living room closet (optional, stuns Quin clones)
-Get razor from one trunk by Quin's door 
-Get phone bill from the other trunk by Quin's door
-Get Mirror from Quin's dresser
-Give all mandatory items from this section to Dad

General Information and Known Glitches

Here's some general information about Daria's Inferno and some glitches I found in the game. If I find anything I feel should be added, I'll update this guide.

**Launch Parameters (only applies to Windows version)**

Programmed into the game are 4 launch parameters you can set to a shortcut of the game by editing the Target. Here's what all of them do
/cd= : Tells the shortcut what drive is the disc drive to look at. This is configured on the two shortcuts the installer makes on your desktop and start menu.
/DontFade : Disables some special fade effects. This was added as a "fix" for graphics cards that would crash when these fade effects would be triggered. It's currently unknown if it affects run times at all, but I'd recommend having it on to avoid any additional compatibility issues with newer versions of Windows.
/C__D : Disables the check for the CD and runs the game without requiring it to be inserted. In order for there to be audio you need to do the larger install when installing the game so it copies the audio file over that contains all of the games audio.
/ns : Unknown what it does exactly. It disables your sound in game and generates a text file in your install location that prints a CD Check with the path of the CD (if combined with the previous parameter then it will say Invalid CD Path) and (sometimes) error messages about not being able to open some wav files along with possibly some other information. This is only allowed in the No Sound sub categories.

**Glitches**

-As mentioned before, certain video cards may crash when trying to load a special fade effect. This is fixed by adding the /DontFade parameter to a shortcut of the game.
-In the DooDads shop in the mall, if you enter and exit the shop quickly you can skip over the event that drops the fan making it unobtainable.

**Debug Mode**

In the files there's a level select screen and in the game's executable it mentions a Debug Mode, however it is currently not known if this is accessible in any way or is just leftovers from the games development.
