This might be the first time I had 0 problems. I did make a few mistakes during the run and forgot to split once I finished the story part so that spilt also includes the space challenges split. Once I finish 100%ing all of the levels I may come back to this level and improve it. Sub 40 is definitely possible. The cannery is next though...
