Looking through the forums here and the most recent runs, it seems like there isn't anyone competing in the Any% runs for NG in over 4 months. Has the game changed to the point it isn't feasible to complete in a competitive time or is it just a dead game at this point?

The latest Any% NG run was from October 2020 (demon hunter). If you look at all the D3 categories there will be even more recent entries. Though I haven't watched all Any% NG WRs, I'm quite sure that most (if not all) can be improved. I'm way more interested in Any NG+ runs though as they're faster and more fun in my opinion.

I'm starting with NG, mostly running Necro currently (just got the necro pack), plan on expanding to WD and crusader eventually. This is mostly to familiarize myself with the runs before I go super speeding them in NG+. I haven't played d3 in almost 4 years so I need to knock the rust off lol.

If you need help/feedback, I highly recommend the discord channel. It's more active than the forum.

Its not that it's dead, we're all still running our NG categories but we're just not submitting until we get a better time. The discord is very active.
