Changed skill order a little bit: went for bone wall synergy early on and then made iron maiden respec for Baal - worked pretty well and might work even better with weak gear as an alternative.

Got strong +skills gear smoothly which is only reason next to the baal fight for this becoming a record. Got scammed hard by a4 density, result - 5min time loss just around one split.
