Get to tower by 16 minutes, only kill fallen packs and Countess, pop every poppable. Run 9 towers taking between 2-3 minutes. Get all the runes you need (or really close) and you've got a run. Any other goodies (i.e. CB FRW IAR) are nice to have but not necessary. I think a source of Amp Damage on the merc is more likely, and more reliable than getting Amn rune from hellforge or P Ruby for CB gloves. Just roll pikes in A3-4 for Amp Damage and sockets. Malice seems to be a must, and getting to 24 for Frenzy and FRW skill seem worth it.
