It's not possible since some skips are fixed, for example 'Resource Operations'. Besides this if you have bad luck currently the game gives you a black screen directly after the Tower animation or simply crashes which makes it almost impossible. You also not mentioned in which category 'nightmare' or 'too young to die' ?

With the new camera trigger it's maybe possible to beat the game in minutes but I guess it isn't allowed (?), but an similar trick 'glory kill wall clip' may could help if someone really find a way to use this in a way which could save time.

I'd assume he's talking of any% category as said in the title... :P Also, you can ignore patched skips and simply go run 1.0...
