1-1: Straightforward. 1-2: Secret exit, use the jump glitch. 1-6: Grab another Spike from 1-2 to skip over the first tree. 1-8: Grab a high level Spike here. 1-Boss: Spam spikes, then light attacks, then just normal attacks if your Spike is close to dying. 2-1: Straightforward. 2-2: Secret exit, jump over the exit and activate the pole with an eel. 2-7: Straightforward. 2-8: Straightforward, grab an eel if you don't have one. 2-Boss: Spam eel shots. Store the eel when the boss is in the background. 3-1: Straightforward. 3-2: Secret Exit, take the high path, or jump glitch to it. 3-7: Straightforward. 3-8: Straightforward, grab a snake if you don't have one. 3-Boss: Just light attack him with the snake. 4-1: Straightforward. 4-2: Secret exit, jump and store your mutant, or destroy the flower on the far right at one of the later sections where you have to destroy a flower to find a box. 4-7: Straightforward. 4-8: Straightforward, grab a mutant. 4-Boss: Manipulate the laser into the holes. It moves as long as you move. Spam dpad to unfreeze. Light attack is the fastest way of taking the boss down. After the first cutscene blocked holes damage the boss if it's right across in the background. 5-1: Straightforward, grab a roller. 5-2: Normal exit. 5-3: Straightforward. 5-Bonus: Grab the high level roller. 5-2: Secret exit, jump over the normal exit and break the barrels with the roiller's fire. 5-7: Straightforward, make sure you have the high level roller here. 5-8: Straightforward. 5-Boss: Attack using the roller's fire whenever possible, hit the right targets when the boss is in the background. 5-Boss2: Attack using the roller's fire when the boss is exposed, store him during parts with Cortex, and double jump and spin at the boss when it's on the screw for the second (and subsequent) times.

Jump glitch: The absolute highest way to jump is by jumping while on a mutant, then pressing a at the apex of the jump, double jumping and spinning at the target. This is useful in a couple places.
